YoungStart is a UK-based charity initiative on a mission to empower youth across the developing world. We are currently in the process of registering as a charity and fundraising for the first step of this journey.
Our goal is to fund programmes that build commercial awareness, entrepreneurial thinking, and practical business skills among young people aged 13 to 17 — primarily across Africa.
We are not here to create dependency. We are here to unlock potential — one programme, one community, one young entrepreneur at a time.
Direct funding where it matters
Once registered, we will identify, fund, and support high-impact youth programmes across Africa.
Programme Funding
We will provide direct grants to vetted partner organisations running youth business skills and commercial awareness programmes across Africa.
African Partnerships
We are looking to build lasting relationships with regional organisations across Africa who understand local needs, culture, and opportunity.
Impact Tracking
Every programme we fund will be tracked and reported transparently. We believe donors and supporters deserve to know exactly where their contributions go.
